Westraven - Office Building for Rijkswaterstaat

Designed by Cepezed Architects, Westraven is a large-scale building program consisting of existing office buildings and new construction works for various sections of the Department of Public Works, Netherlands. Including building renovations and the reorganization of spaces in order to strengthen spatial qualities, the project contains a revolutionary feature in the form of an innovative, second skin façade of open-weave, Teflon-coated glass fibre.
